The website said the company was shutting down for a holiday, I was going away for a few days myself but placed my order so the product might be delivered fairly soon after I got back, but the product actually came within one working day. The product was exactly as advertised, and great quality. Would definitely use again.

I needed waterslide transfers for a personal project I'm working on, and that's how I came across Phoxy Design. Having decided to buy, I prepared my source material to their specifications and was ready to submit my order. The company's web site said they were on reduced service due to the summer holidays, and that for the coming week they would be closed. As I was about to go away for a few days myself, I decided to submit my order straight away in order to have them as soon as possible when I returned, and they turned around my order inside twenty-four hours. That, people, is service, I am very grateful and should I need similar products again, I will definitely be back!

Phill designed a great pair of bookmarks at short notice and a vague brief. Highly recommend!
After placing my order and having it cut, Phill reached out with an update after the design I provided wasn't 100% suitable for HTV printing. He showed me some images of what had printed out well, and offered to send the item as-is or reprint/refund — I opted to get the HTV sent out as-is, as it was more than workable in that state! Fantastic communication and customer service, and the end result is absolutely superb quality. Will definitely use again if I need HTV in the future.
